Tires Plus at 2625 North University Drive, Sunrise, Florida.

I went in to get my front drivers side tire patched as it was a little low and seemed like it had a leak. I went up to the front desk, waited for a couple minutes as two employees looked at me and continued their conversation. When they asked what I needed neither of them introduced themselves. I explained what service I needed and had a seat in the waiting area. Twenty minutes later an employee informed me I needed two new tires. I explained I would only be using the car for a couple months and asked for just the patch and he said he would be able to do it. 45 minutes later "Vlad" informed me they could not fix my tire due to a corporate policy, and proceeded to try to over charge me for new tires. I asked them to put the spare tire on and also asked why they would have told me they could fix it after they looked at the tires, then after I would not purchase new ones, decided they could not after I was there for over an hour. Vlad was extremely rude and condescending. It took another 30 minutes for the spare to be put on. Over all do not come to this location unless you want rude employees to waste your time and overcharge you on items you do not need.
